Four Winds Aikido 合気道 Jo (Staff) In slow-mo. Just a very short part of a Jo Kata. I will shoot more on the Jo and Ken soon. (If you watch just around the end Derek walks by and makes it look like I Hit him with the Jo. LOL :) Hes fine! No contact!
