  • I absolutely love the"ZOMG ITS ONLY 90lbs" comments. yea.. its 90 lbs to use enough force to use the muscle, but light enough to go slow and keep full control on the weight for a DEMONSTRATION, not a max out. Also.. Muscle pumps are better with lighter weight higher reps.. at least for me they are. who doesn't love the bi-pumps? oh yea, the guys bitching about the 90 lbs that never go to the gym.... "LEAVE YOUR EGO AT THE DOOR" or continue not getting results.

  • I swear when you pull your elbows behind the hips it isn't bad for you it's just a different exercise called drag curls. Obviously if you're doing standard bicep curls you don't want to do that as that's not good form for it but Scott made it sound as if it was bad or increased proneness to injury

  • I'm 300lbs and can curl 14 years.

  • Hi people, I was wondering what is the best Bicep excercise that supercharges bicep growth? Is is the straight bar curl or the concentration curl?
