  • Interesting how often David uses a closed question or an alternative close "is it a 10 or is it a 5?" type question, when an open one would surely be better. "Are you clear about the direction?" where "where do you see this going" would be much better. Basic error surely?

  • Great example, seems this was rehearsed already.

  • A nice coaching atmosphere and engaging approach.

    You could have picked up on her great unconscious communication, which if responded to, would have lead to a more precise elicitation of the real underlying issue and a more compelling outcome. Using her words and gestures would have built deeper rapport, but your client was, as we say "playing nicely".

    Pleasant voice tone and commitment to your process.

  • Great questions!! You can see the client feels very comfortable to talk with you.

    Asking the client how she thinks you can help, great!
