You guys were awesome tonight, and this entire tourny... You have nothing to hang your heads about. I am a die hard Michigan State fan, and was at your final game this season vs Kansas. The impact your fans had on me almost brought me to tears. Never have I seen/heard a more intense fan base in any college basketball game I have ever attended.

Long Beach St. has a committment from a national top 100 recruit, Jacob Thomas (Minneapolis), who is being compared to a young Stephen Curry. Needless to say as a LB grad, I'm looking forward to seeing Thomas play.

I grew up in Charlotte in the 1960s, and remember the Davidson games being televised in Charlotte in 1966, when Lefty Driesell was coaching them and future NBA players Dick Snyder and Fred Hetzel starred. They were likely the 2nd best team in state that year, behind just Duke.

Those were great days for Davidson. I wasn't born until '71, but have heard many tales. The games in Bobcat Arena against UNC, Duke and NC State, packed with Davidson fans, made me think that must have been what it was like back in Lefty's days.

I was at Ford Field for the Kansas vs. Davidson game. I was in the first row behind the Jahawks cheerleaders. Late in the game when the Davidson band was playing Sweet Caroline and all the fans were singing The Jayhawk cheerleaders were trying to get the crowd back on there side but they couldn't. They ended up in a look of bewilderment while All of Ford Field became Davidson fans.

@funone26 Davidson got a little revenge on Kansas last night, beating them 80-74 (12/19/20111) in Kansas City. Go Wildcats!
