I Japan it is rude to blow your nose in public. Like he said at the end, you can just sniff and look for a private place like a bathroom and then you can blow your nose. And the noodles..I really want to eat noodles in Japan.

If that obnoxious American guy do not appreciate the Japanese way of life, culture, habits. get the hell out of there. I 'm a Brazilian and respect other cultures and do my best to learn the language of my host country. besides, being reserved is cool!

The Americans are so critical and arrogant. The people from other cultures are open-minded and accepting. Oh America, why you make me look bad.
-
I don't get it. The Japanese are exceptionally polite. The people in the video are only discussing the differences between their cultures and the japanese. So why the cutting remarks?
You have shown arrogance far greater than those in the video.

I love to hear that in Japan you can slurp your noodles. It's easier to eat that way! My mom always had a problem with me doing it, saying it's gross. But I find no fault in slurping...

i have to agree with the nose thing....
blowing your nose is more important than slurping xD
but i've adjusted to it hahah, but its still annoying

I don't see anything wrong with discussing cultural differences, and if something makes you uncomfortable, it's good to talk about it with someone who can understand instead of keeping it pent up inside and slowly growing angry at a culture over a lot of built up little things. I see nothing wrong with this. It's interesting.

Why are the non-Japanese Asians able to speak Japanese but the white people insist on speaking in English despite obviously being able to understand Japanese?
-
sure im american and the japanese manners seem strange to me, but i wouldnt mind adjusting to them.

I am so jealous of those Korean's ability in japanese. What I would do to be able to speak like that!
I'm an American and the American guy is extremely stupid and annoying. There is nothing wrong with being reserved. A lot of people don't like their personal space being invaded. He's loud, obnoxious and straight-up ignorant. There are many different cultures in America. What an embarassment he is!

If you don't like Japanese manners, why are you still there? You don't have to be there, really.
Complaining different culture seems to be childish to me. Actually, it's agly.
The English man made a good point, and looked matured. The rest, I say, looked very self centered...
Manners are what each country possesses. They will never change. They should be respected. If you don't like them, go home.
