    It's actually analyzed by science and apparently it works the muscles in your abs that aren't worked by doing crunches. Examples: Arnold Schwarzennegar and Frank Zane.

  • Is it a good idea to hold your breath? I was under the impression that doing so can cause the blood pressure to go up. Also, how many times and how often should you do this and can it be done in place of crunches?

  • @robertom2002 The vacuum exercise is just to sharpen the v line, not tighten the six pack.
