This TV spot has been created to generate book donations for the Greenville Literacy Association's 7th Annual Really Good, Really Big, Really Cheap Book Sale Saturday Aug. 16th at McAlister Square in Greenville, SC.
The spot utilizes stop animation technique to show how stories come to life on the page when you read. But more importantly, if you don't read the books you own, the stories stay trapped inside the books and go un-enjoyed and untold. So, if you have books that lie around your house unread, donate them to the 7th Annual Really Good, Really Big, Really Cheap Book Sale. It's a great cause, and all proceeds benefit Greenville Literacy's programs to improve adult literacy levels in Greenville County.
The commercial was created by the bounce agency, photographed by Crosby Stills and edited by TVP in Greenville, SC.
Special thanks go to the Great Lake Swimmers from Toronto who contributed their amazing tune "Imaginary Bars" to the TV spot.
"Imaginary Bars" by the Great Lake Swimmers is from their second album "Bodies and Minds".
