it seems to me, you have used just one hand to laparoscope, with other hand you could use the catching or holding instrument.

I would be afraid of using the Hulk so closed to the main bile duct. I would rather use blunt dissection wtih a Maryland. Any congratulatiuon and thanks for shering the idea of using extra trocater.

Through a duct like structure called cystic duct Gall bladder drains bile into a duct called Common Bile Duct into duodenum-9 the beginning of small intestines)
for its safe removal the cystic duct n cystic artery (vessel providing blood to gall bladder) has to be divided n then GB is dtatched from the liver.

this is an operation in which Gall Bladder which has stone being removed in a patient with liver cirrhosis
gall bladder is a reservoir of BILE (a bodily fluid produced by Liver to help in Fat digestion).when gall bladder starts forming stone n it gives pain n other complications it has to be removed
Gall bladder is attached to liver .
