  • Dont you guys think that although this movie isnt based on a 'true' story, it is pretty much the story of people, not being able to get what they really want out of their life. I think there are a lot of people out there just like Justine, guessing there is more to life, but not being able to get there. So it is probably even more tragic than Titanic, while that was only about one (big) accident.

  • yuhhh :)

  • When Jake offed himself it was cool to hear the Cello Song from Nick Drake playing.

  • omg jake is HHHOOOOTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! damnn id love to be jennifer in that movie

  • @Tefgi You can get what you wnat out of life but there are people out that there that trick you and want you to think you are nothing. If Jen was never Jakes friend in the first place she tried to trick him.I would tell some 1 like that Leave me alone I hate you forever stop talking to me.

  • I loved this movie. Not only did it show Jen's great range (just because she DOESN'T play these roles doesn't mean she CAN'T) but it also tells a story that so many people can relate to. Okay, so Justine handled her distress poorly, but she's human. We all make mistakes and the film showed her humanity, flaws and all. I so wanted to hate her for hurting her loving husband, but I found myself rooting for her and hoping that she'd do the right thing, which she eventually did. Thumbs up!

  • @twilightriverlove Nope, *spoiler alert* He shot himself in the motel after she told her boss where he was and the cops showed up.

  • @haleyteddy03 Jake didn't kill himself Jen fed him poison berries.

  • @KDVx3 Because if she wouldn't have started the affair, then she wouldn't have had to sleep with her husbands best friends, and Jake wouldn't have ended up killing himself.

  • @haleyteddy03 Jen A. IS kinda slutty in this movie but not because she sleeps with hubby's best friend. That guy was a blackmailing pic - she had to sleep with him or he was going to tell her husband. And Jake doesn't kill himself because she told his parents on her. He does it because the cops are coming to get him, she's not, and he clearly has some mental instability going on. Why is everything HER fault?
