Zuma Drains

My favorite local surf / bodyboarding break, summer 2002

this was one of the best days I ever saw, very heavy shorebreak, some size, no wind, and sunny; just the way I like it

In fact it was so good that brad gerlach, christian fletcher and a few pro bodyboarders came in during the day to join the fun

I even put in some effort editing videos back then

I dont think this video (which has been up here for like 5 years) is going to be around much longer. Youtube pulled it once already for DCMA copyright crap, claimed by owner etc etc. I don't believe any band who saw their music used on a 100% non commercial video like this could think anything other than the fact that their music was being promoted. The song BTW is P.O.D Boom for anyone who doesn't know.

Zuma is great when the Santa Ana winds blow offshore, and it's way hollow..can be a bit shallow, you can wind up with a strawberry in mid-forehead or alot worse..
