I can't think of anyone to give this to. You wouldn't really give someone you know a card and a candle let alone a card with a candle. It has to be one of the most unthoughtful gift someone can buy at a novelty store for someone else.

Why not write some nice words on the greeting card to make it more personal and then burn the candle together:) as two wicks may symbolise two people.
