  • how do you fit all that sunday breakfast in at once? is the size of your stomach the same as a vertical sleeve gastrectomy?

  • If your pouch is so small how can you eat so much like the Sunday breakfast?

  • It really is sort of bizarre viewing these types of vids at this time when I'm not chubby any longer - my dirty little secret is DietOramy meal plan regime (Google has some more content) - that thing truly taught me to be completely transform my body, well being as well as my very existence.

  • You really need to speak to a qualified nutritionist about a proper diet. I almost gasped when I saw what you ate -after- having gastric bypass. You absolutely do need to change your lifestyle if you ever got to the point where the surgery was necessary. It's not about being fat or not, it's about eating healthy. You will not survive to see grand children if you continue. Good luck and get some help.

  • Did you have to loose anything before you had it?

  • Hey just so you know when you go to starbucks and get the passion tea have them put a shot of sugar free vanilla syrup in it. OMG it is super delicious!! Sounds crazy, but you should try it!

  • just a word to say that my surgery last Wed, April 27th, 2011 went well. the team at the Ottawa Civic Hospital has been taking very good care of me. I feel somewhat nauseated on-and-off, bloated on-and-off, but overall I actually feel better than the week before the surgery because I was feeling hungry under the pre-op diet of Optifast, a kind of shake they give you to reduce liver fat, prior to the surgery. thanks again for your message and good thoughts! Ricardo

  • WTF. Almost no vegetables? LOL, seriously man, that is why you got the size you did.. Whats wrong with people now adays, eating garbage and calorie free shit. Get into the raw foods to feel good and look good. No fancy advertising to it.

  • Your video was very important for me. My gastric bypass is tomorrow (27 April 2011) in Ottawa, Canada. Thank you for your inspiring message and please if you have the chance send my name RICARDO within your group of friends, to send me good vibes and prayers. All will go well. I will contact you again, to update you on my recovery.
