    One thing you didn't cover is the fact that you can download the calorie data in spreadsheet format directly from jawbone.com . Very useful when seeing your nutriologist.

    I want to get a Jawbone Up, but im not sure about the size..my wrist is like 17 cm ( yes, i'm from europe! :D ), so at this moment "M" is right for me. But im just 14 and i think im growing a lot in the future, so should i get L (18-20 cm) or M(15,5-18 cm) ? What do you mean?
