Im getting zotac gts 450 amp! amd athlon ii x3 3.2 and 4 gb ram, would it be about as good as this?

I got the dual fan GTS 450 by Gigabyte, gotta say I am very pleased with the performance achieved by this card WITH a pretty low powersupply (mine is EXACTLY 400Watts and everything runs perfect, I have a quad core and all that.)
Now you wont be playing crysis maxed resolution, but you can easily play it with enthusiast or high details around 1024x768 or a little bit higher.
