@metalbullitt You do know that there is no "true art" in Jujitsu. Jujitsu means Gentle Truth, Jujutsu means Gentle Art which is the original Japanese name. Jiujitsu, jujitsu and others are all typos of Western people.
I think you practice Jujutsu, if it is original descendance from Japan. I am just saying ;)
@DFCcaptain3 well our form of Japanese Jujitsu (Bushido) Jujitsu has direct descendance from Japan.. hence the "true art". I didn't name it.. I just practice the discipline ;)
Well the judo its really a martial because when you see the brazilian jiu jitsu or de japanese jiu jitsu or any jiu jitsu are a martial art but why not the judo is amartial art ? of course it is because the jiu jitsu became of the judo
@bjajudo Judo initially was a martial art it wasn't till the late 40s and 50s that it devolved inot a sport contest. The same is true of Tai Chi Chuan. It to was a martial art but lost its martial orientation over the last 50 years. To bad both were effective martial arts.

@parlachinchilla you're mistaken... both Judo AND Aikido came from Japanese JUJITSU... not jiujitsu..
