Wayne makes a physically impossible shot count

December 10, 2010: During frame 8 of a match, my brother Wayne played one of the most shocking strokes of snooker I have ever witnessed: cornered and blocked by the pink ball, he needed to hit a red, but it was physically impossible to hit one because of the position of the balls. Nice escape, I would of played a similar shot myself, except I would have managed to pot the red then clear the table, the gone out and have sex with 12 woman, then win the lottery, twice

its a shame the lighting doesnt show how bad this position really was,,,,the only logical explination i can think of now is the spongy cushion done its job and retracted inwards on impact of the white ,,hence making room for the full ball to pass therough ,,because at dead weight this shot vreally was impossible it was 3 quarter ball either side of pink ,,was this a complete fluke ,or a one of stroke of genius ,,,i mean.i predidicted that id make a valid attempt,and did just that
