I've watched a few of your videos now & it seems the thread running through them is frustration and tension and anger. When you subject yourself to small minded people it makes your blood boil. So stop doing it. Unplug your internet and go & hang out with some cool people or something.

Seeing someone so disgruntled & angry & trying to win arguments that can't be won is kind of sad. Debating CAN become addictive, sure, but it can't be that much fun bashing your head against a brick wall can it?
