You know, I witnessed TS playing in bars around North East Arkansas back in the late 80's. Lots of covers were played for the patrons, they loved it. But for those of us that realized we watching something very special his original music stood out and was the best.
I still sing Sweet Believer out loud.
I pray that mainstream will discover Tonys' gift and appreciate it, but i doubt it due to the dumbing down of music by the industry.

It's exactly what the man says: play from your heart and dare to do new things. New styles doesn't evolve by just playing covers...
Tony is a great guitarist and a nice guy too. Saw him twice now and indeed, he's playing from the heart. Music is all about feeling and emotion and Tony suceeds in doing that!
