VIDEO DANCE CONTEST:

In conjunction with the new Apple iPhone 4S release, BodyGuardz is holding a video dance contest for eligibility to win a new Apple iPhone 4S, as well as a chance to win free products and coupon codes from bodyguardz.com! Submit your videos today!

AWARDS:

Everybody is a winner!

1) All video submissions will be entered to win a new iPhone 4S or cash equivalent ($199, based on current price for new contract with AT&T, Verizon, or Sprint). *Contestant winner is responsible for new 2 year contract and BodyGuardz agrees to pay for the $199 cost of the phone.

2) Video submissions where The BodyGuardz iPhone Shuffle is performed in line at an actual Apple retail store waiting to purchase a new iPhone 4S will receive a coupon code to be redeemed on BodyGuardz.com for a FREE BodyGuardz protective product ($24.95 value).

3) Video submissions where The BodyGuardz iPhone Shuffle is performed in any location will receive a 50% off coupon code to be redeemed on BodyGuardz.com.

3) Video must be at least 20 seconds, but not exceed 1 minute.

4) Post video to BodyGuardz via one of the following methods of your choice: (reply to instructional video on YouTube with video, post actual video to BodyGuardz's Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/NLUBodyGuardz), send using YouSendit.com for BodyGuardz to post, or send using any other method that you are familiar with not listed above.)

5) Official contest submission entry needs to be sent to dotheshuffle@bodyguardz.com with the following information included:

First and last name
Mailing address
Email address
Video submission (send using YouSendit.com, as an attachment in your email in .mov or compatible format, or simply a link to the video uploaded to YouTube or Facebook)

6) Official contest submission deadline is 11:59pm on Oct. 20, 2011.

7) No purchase is necessary to participate in this contest.

8) By submitting your video in this contest, you are giving BodyGuardz full rights to the video as well as to publish it how they would like.
