There are 5 Diamond Tetras in my tank, these fish are very active and the males flare up at each other. They do not chase or hurt any of the other fish. They have really brought the tank to life. The Catfish at rest in the front of the tank will be 6 years old in June 09. The Cardinal tetras are 2 years old and looking good. Clown Loaches are 4 years old, getting a bit to big for this tank now.

  • It does appear that they are aggressive, but They don't really do any damage to each other. The more you have the better behaved they are. I have just purchased some White Fin Bentosi's ( not to be mistaken for Rosy Tetras) and they are from the same family and behave the same way. But I love them, they bring the tank to life.

  • Nice Tank!!! I just bought three for my tank and they are pretty aggressive towards each other. But i agree with the fact that they do not really bother any other fish in the tank.

  • Nice!
