fucking fucks, i did the same thing, my dad did the same thing, and guess what, the fucking fuck of a judge did not allow the impeachment, nor are you ever entitled to a free trial. job well done except for impeaching the witness, but it doesn't fucking matter because you can do all the shit you want and make a legal case in your favor and the fucking fuck judge will still fucking fuck you in the ass with additional fines. they dont give a shit what you have to say, its all bullshit always.

I go to court on Aug 12th 2011 for a red light ticket. The pics shows only the back of my 4Runner and no face or frontel pics. I'm aware of the Conflict of interest senario and its one of six possabilities of getting out of this ticket. But after seeing this video I'm second guessing. Great to stand up in court for your rights but what did it do really. The crooked judge pounded the guy with fees. I don't know......

@WizzRacing I might add. if they for some stupid reason they do show up. just run down to the clerk and have it rescheduled cause your pet Rat is sick and needs medical care. your case gets put back to the end of the line again for 2 more years! but in 98% of the cases the judge refuses to even hear it.

You really want to stick it to them. just have the ticket moved the County Court's building. where its tied up for the next 2 years from back logs. then its dismissed cause nobody showed up!

I been doing this for 15 Years. it drives them crazy because even if they did show up and "Win". they don't get any revenue from it. great stuff I learned from a lawyer whom does this all day and gets rich.

Here is the next strategy. In my state you check on the ticket to request a trial and it has a comment section. Request that you want ALL witnesses present, along with the camera. The camera is the actual witness and what the cop has is only secondary "hearsay" evidence. When no camera is brought, state that the crux of your case was to be able to cross-examine the camera for what it "saw" at the scene. Then motion to dismiss due to lack of supportive evidence and your right to face your accusor

The "judge" conveniently forgot to tell him that he has the right to appeal, and has a set amount of time to file an appeal with the Court Of Common Pleas. I'm not 100% certain, but I believe that he doesn't have to pay the fine unless he loses at the appellate level.
