We offer speech, occupational, and physical therapy services 6 days a week, and ongoing restorative therapy to maintain our residents highest level of mobility and independence. Our Rehab to Home program focuses on patients who need strengthening and relearning of lost functions due to illness and/or surgery, and features a transitional kitchen and bath area, education and training for the families involved when back home, and home evaluations prior to discharge to ensure their homes are safe and accessible.
