  • Not an escape, but thats a good way to hit an arm bar.

  • @bjjalltheway1 No. It's not bullshit, learning proper breathing is one of the first things any trained fighter learns. Get two of people who don't know anything about fighting and 9 times out of 10 they'll both hold their breath; it's natural human reaction simply to brace yourself when fighting, so this hissing- although slightly exaggerated in this video- is crucial to pacing your body.

  • @bjjalltheway1 Bullshit. Your breathing will be there without the hissing.

  • @Svittidiu Because hissing forces you to breath during a fight, and keeping yourself from getting gassed is extremely important. The more you do it, the more second nature it becomes.

  • Why the fuck do these fucking amateurs keep hissing all the fucking time. It's so ridicolous.

  • @Infamous408SJ triangle choke from full mount. and don't use this video as a reference for anything there is a lot wrong with it

  • I don't know if your opponent knows what he is doing that is close to impossible

  • @emaun423 Similar to a Mir lock, but also very different. This is an arm bar, in that it attacks the elbow joint. The Mir lock attacks the shoulder joint. Very similar grip, just different placement.

  • i notice that in some of these moves

you dont even lock it fully on?

what will happen if you lock on for example a triangle choke, arm trianle, guillitine, or arm bar for a long time?

  • fail
