Well.. She mixed everything so the egg is already beaten she's not doing it wrong it all turned out the same why would a Japanese do it wrong since the food is Japanese but we all make mistakes originally you beat the egg with the sauce then make a hole in the rice and pour it in but she's doing it fine :)
