i've always enjoyed this short story by Haruki Murakami. 'The Year Of Spaghetti' from his book of short stories titled ' Blind Willow, Sleeping Woman'
i think if we were to take a look at our everyday actions we would see a pattern that speaks just as singularly about who we are and what we want. just as singularly as even an intentional action, be it art, work, or play. (not to say those three aren't truly one in the same)

i love it when people read to me, so i thought i'd try this out (no implication that you'll love it) 9had to concentrate pretty hard in some spots to get the words out without stuttering them up so i get a bit serious.) ( and sorry to the italians who know how to pronounce those spaghettis right.)
