I hope the best for Alonzo. I have friends with this disorder and it sucks. I remember an article in Sports Illustrated indicated that he can reverse curl, 240lbs. He had popeye forearms! Phenomenal!

It is so sad that you see someone who is sick as a scum bag. I wonder if he was out of control because of his diabetes would you see him as a scum bag.Mental illness is not easy to accept, I hope he gets help soon.

Arrested last week for pulling a knife on someone and a month ago for drug possession. He's out of football living in his hometown. Bi-polar or not, he's a scum bag.

True Bi-Polarism is really uncontrollable over the long run eventually it wins. Think of it as mental cancer. Most Bi-Polars are either violent or suicidal but always remember that they are sick

Alonzo Spellman has always been my favorite defensive player ever. I saw him back when he was in college.

God Bless you, number 99/90!!
