PLEEZE Plea: That's ALL they need.

When you read NY Statute, you find that a judge CAN plea FOR you if you **REFUSE** to plea yourself. Too many are missing the key word: REFUSE.

So, I never EVER refuse to plea. I make it clear I'm HAPPY to plea, as soon as I receive the necessary components required for THEM to commence an action against me. Again, this is ALL about whether or not they have jurisdiction. If they don't have it, they can't do a THING to you.
