Honestly I think she's just overshowing emotions. I mean it's ok to show emotions but sometimes she makes it a bit tacky. Only my opinion:)

I won't try to describe fully what Janine Jansen's playing means to me. It is passionate, musical to a fault, and she is a mistress of her instrument, technique meaning to me not merely making notes fly by, but other artistry such as tone production, intonation, etc. Janine has been under her doctor's orders to take a complete rest from performing; her last post, at her site, says this continues as of August, 2010. I can't imagine the loss for someone who gives so much of herself.
