Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded - No$GBA vs. DeSmuMe Graphic Quality Test

Just a test to see if I should switch to No$GBA since I can play with no lag but the graphic will suffer just a bit. I really want to since DeSmuMe lags while recording and uses ALOT of memory to make the videos.

I used the same save file for both No$GBA and DeSmuMe and did the same thing in the clips so I could compare: Stand facing the screen to see how Sora looks from the front, go break the blox and collect the Inkling, and talk to Alice for a few seconds.

First clip - No$gba: both screens

Second clip - Desmume: both screens

Third clip - No$gba: top screen (different from the 1st clip)

Forth clip - Desmume: top screen (same clip as the 2nd)

Fifth clip - No$gba: top screen (same clip as the 1st)

(The 3rd and 5th clips are different because the 3rd clip is Hypercam2 recording only the top screen while 5th clip is clip 1 but cropped to only the top screen is shown.)

How do the cutscenes run? I use desmume and whenever i goto new game, the cutscenes run so slow and choppy it.s not even funny... help me plz lol

@GameTymeVideos They are the same for me but if you record it with the built in recorder, it looks perfect.

@magamedix Most likely it does that is because it is not patched, either download a patched version of the ROM or play on DeSmuMe.
