thats what my cat does does its so frusterating i let him in two minutes later he starts meowing and wont shut up until i let him out then he wont stop meowing till i let him back in two minutes later

Cute cat :-)... I think I know why the other cat (the "dumb one", to use your words) wants to go outside every 15 minutes: it has long hair and very thick coat; the cat must be very hot indoors and wants to cool itself... I had a long haired cat who used to do the same (And it was very intelligent, by the way)

Simba IS a very smart cat, and I just tease him, because he's my husbands' pet, whereas Nala is my lil girl. But they both sleep on our bed at night, and both are VERY spoiled. And you're probably right about his fur - very thick!
