  • @MegaMikeylikes I agree. This was the worst natural disaster I've witnessed in my lifetime. The only ones that even come close to rivaling it are the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami and the 2010 Haiti quake, and at least in those two the survivors got aid relatively quickly.

  • this natural disaster was the most evil, shameful, cruel human tradegdy of the modern era, more than 200,000 people dead over million were displaced or left homeless, and this dictatorship gov did not even provide those poor people warning to get away to higher ground. To this day they are still pulling skeletons out of the rice fields and along the river banks.see if they had of known they wouldn't have been found in there fields with there animals working there crops.

  • Eohh Ohhh!

  • If you are interested in Myanmar/Burma I can recommend watching

Burma's Secret War (condensed) John Pilger - Part 1

    watch?v=7-hnzIGns-g

    and

Burma's Secret War (condensed) John Pilger - Part 2

    watch?v=H_WfGybnVEw

I suggest people who support human rights put the first part in their favourites.

  • harsh storm

  • A cyclone is a western hurricane.
