  • Nice Jeep man. I'm trying to buy a jeep once I get the money and then I'm adding a lift to it. How much did your whole lift kit add up to and what's this I hear about the death wobble?

  • @wickedjester9 I think the kit was around $700, then an extra $120 for teraflex disconnects, and another $100 for RE brakeline extensions, and eventually $500 for for an advance adapters SYE and Tom Woods drive shaft. Never had death wobble and still used the factory track bar.

  • what muffler is that?

  • @snowmobiler56 ! READ THE DECRIPTION !

  • I did eventually put an SYE and a driveshaft on it, but that was almost two years after the lift was installed. I had no issues with the 1" t-case drop

  • Not much of a test run, I think my old stock XJ (and my BMW M3) could handle the "trails" you were on. Pretty nice setup though.

  • @dmharvey79 I couldn't care less.

  • i have the 6.5 rc for my 1990 xj and the sye . will put on this sunday. $1070.

  • @cjc00xj flowmaster makes more than just one muffler (50 series, 40 series, super 40 series, 40 series original, super 44 series, super 10 series, etc.)

  • which flowmaster is that?

  • @Twostroke666 I put the same lift on my 98, no vibration whatsoever.

  • i have the same lift kit under my '88 XJ, i'm running 32 inch Maxxis Longhorn Mud Tires, the ride is good, and no problems with stock drive shafts and the 1.5" drop pucks that came with the kit to lower the transfer case cross member, not a bad rig, looks like shes got some potential

  • so you had no vibrations?? im about to put the same lift on my 98 but...dont think i have the cash for a sye and cv driveshaft might just go for a 3 inch for now.. : /

  • NIce! What's the backspacing on your wheels? Looks really good.

  • I love it!!! This is one hell of a jeeper!!! I have a '97 cherokee sport myself with the same lift, but mine is black with 32"s... Best thing I've ever driven!
