Some other rules that i 4got 2 mention, were as follows:

9. Up to 2 videos can be entered
10. The vid can b happy or sad
11. If the vid is a few seconds off the 4 minute mark, thats ok. Just as long as its not like, 4 minutes and 30 seconds

Also many people r under the impression that they need 2 enter a brand new vid, U DON'T!! It also says that in the rules in the vid.

Don't 4get deadline 4 entry is April 27th,and winners will b announced no later than May 4th

how do u make a contest? :-)

U just make a movie with pics and a song if u want and then choose title overlay selected clip in the titles and credits option and then ur titles r ur rules. It's really not that hard
