GREAT information this message seems genuine which is more than can be said for the Galactic federation of shite (possibly CIA reptilians). If you have bad things on your mind while meditating (or just thinking it) it can create and happen. This is all in your past, you all have done this already, look into the past for the answers. Crying over things helps create it, look to the past. Youve done it. I asked to be trained just as Christ was, for 3 years everyday for hours. I am being trained =-).
