My Trip to Israel

Okay, just to make it clear--I'm not from Ireland (I've never been, actually) but I am from the U.S. The first picture I took off the coast of Ireland because I thought it was a cool picture. =D

I went to Israel this summer for the first time and I took such cool pictures I decided to share them with you. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. Everyone should go to Israel at least once.

The song is called Yerushalayim shel Zahav (Jerusalem of Gold) sung by Ofra Haza. I thought it was appropriate. =D

Oh, I have no idea what my favorite place was (it's all so beautiful!), but I have to say that Masada was an amazing experience.

The green, developen country you see in these pictures is the result of hard work and love that the zionists have put in this land. don't delude yourself that this was palestine before 1882.

I visited Israel in August of 1971, when I was a soldier in Viet Nam.

I stayed at the Park Hotel in Tel Aviv, and took guided bus tours to all of the same places you show in your video.

Yes, if at all possible, EVERYBODY should take the opportunity to visit the Land of Israel!
