  • Hi, Try using a Bitch Spray on the back end of the dog being 'humped'. Paps very in the amount and length of hair. Some never get the long flowing coat. The adult coat will not be finished until around 3 years. Look forward to seeing your vid. Have u seen the videos of us teaching our pap the keyboard? Takes lots of time but he is getting there!

  • Kudos for loving papillons and taking good care of your dogs. I have two female papillons one is sable and one is tricolor. Their both simply gorgeous the tri-color is a phalene a papillon. I need to video tape them playing one problem is , the phalene is always humping the other dog?? what's up with that.lol btw when do papillons get that really long hair??

  • see comment above - put it in wrong place!

  • Who pops up?

  • How many papilons do you have ?

  • I think there are 3 in the video but I have 7. They all get on really well and love playing together.See my other videos.

  • I recently got a Papillon, hes great he really is... Although hes extremely shy towards other people and if they pick him up to suddenly he'll snap at them. He hasn't done any harm and isn't afraid of kids. Kids will come around and wag him around and hes fine, but adult strangers he's vary weary of. Any suggestions?

I know to socialize him, and have been. I'm just a little afraid he'll bite others.

  • They are gorgeous!
