The Rebel Rousers - " As I look "

Now I'm a huge Cliff Bennett fan ( his 67 lp "Got to get you into our lives" remains a firm fave of mine) but whilst it certainly sounds as though he's singing on this , he remains uncredited. Perhaps someone will explain in due course..Anyhow ,on UK Fontana from 1968 comes this stormer and fine example of UK soul . Tucked on the flip of the tame " Should I ". Big sound on the early 90's rallies / clubs.

Cliff's not singing on this. He parted company with the Rebel Rousers before this was recorded and issued. The lead vocal is by Roy Young, and probably backed by Chas Hodges.
