My entry for The Midnight Riders OFFICIAL Music Video Contest. http://www.l4d.com/blog/post.php?id=4284
So, about that lost tape, Chris Redfield found it. Told me he'd let me use it if I could feature him in the video too, which was no problem, he's always good in these "music videos." So just in-case you were wondering why it might seem like there is more RE5 in this video then there is L4D, now you know why.
Seriously though.
This video took a little more work then you might think, I didn't just create the characters in Rock Band and have them play this song in performance mode, no. This song is not in Rock Band, which is why in some of the parts of the video, don't exactly match up with the song, they're actually playing Midnight Ride from the RBN. I did my best to make it look like they were playing Save Me Some Sugar, for the most part I think it turned out pretty good.
The hardest part about making the characters was probably the tattoo's on their arms, they don't look very good, at first I wasn't even going to give them tattoo's, but then I changed my mind. Hardly noticeable in the video, I also made the Midnight Riders logo which can be seen on the front of the bass drum.
Oh of course couldn't forget. Bill isn't really dead, Valve lied to you. As you can clearly see in this video, Bill is alive and well, dancing away with a Med Kit he had just found. After Bill heard I was making a music video for the Midnight Riders new song, he insisted I put that in the video. Bill can shine on.
(I am not sure why the audio get's quiet in the beginning and stays quiet the whole song. Guess you'll just have to turn it up lol)
That ForbiddenTerror is a damn good dancer if i do say so myself.
