"Jesus Will Turn Your Water Into Wine" (original song) - Katherine Howell

This is a song I wrote a while back after my pastor preached on the marriage/wedding in Cana where Jesus turned water into wine.. his message inspired me to write this song. It is amazing that so many times we question whether or not Jesus can take care of situations, when we have such great examples of what he has done and can still do today!

Verse 1) The wedding was so beautiful, laughter filled the air. Friends and family enjoyed the fruit of the vine. Then suddenly the supply was gone, the barrels were found dry. But Jesus said fill the vessels, and everything will be fine.

Chorus) Jesus will turn your water into wine. He will take what seems like nothing and turn into liquid life. When nothing but a miracle, will calm your troubled mind. He will turn your water into wine.

Verse 2) You're on the top of the world, your joy is flowing free. You enjoy the fruit of the spirit, with love and perfect peace. Then an unexpected shortage brings you down to your knees. And the only thing you're left with, is an empty vessel and a desperate need.

Bridge) The supply is gone, and you are so afraid. You're wondering how did it ever get this way. But Jesus can make the impossible, a miracle today. Just follow his word, and then you too can say.
