@Luna041406 Probably because it is a good policy to teach people to clean, reduce, recycle and reuse. When you throw out something that can be restored (i.e., it is perfectly good underneath), we do the planet and ourselves a favour. And the best part is that when these tips are televised and spread on Youtube, people get the message. :-)
