I lived in WV my entire life and theres plenty of people with this accent just depends on the part of the state your at

I'm from west Virginia and I'm positive that I have never heard anyone talk like this. In the southern part of the state they have accents but nothing like what this guy sounds like and in the north where I'm from everyone talks normal.

I've been to West Virginia several times and I'm from Kentucky and even I can clearly tell these accents among WV residents. Have you ever been to Ivydale? People there make Diemon Dave sound like a valley girl.
