The worst steak I have ever had period, anywhere. It had the texture of dry rubber and it was not a ribeye. Shame on the Gaylord. They were nice enough to take it off my bill but it still ruined my evening. They should fire Ms Bondy.

Joanne's recipe is more than perfect, expecially the champagne ginger BBQ sauce... I watched the video 6 times and made it just the way she did.....OMG....Literally PERFECT!!!!!! I served this dish to 36 people on the fourth of July, and EVERYONE that took their first bite, closed their eyes and the sound Ummmm, came from everyones mouth..... Thank you so much........
