you are wrong, although its a spanish tradition, 90% of us (spaniards) are completely against bullfighting, which is a very primitive and cruel tradition and doesn't represent the modern spanish society.

So I think its a matter of time that they are abolished, but you shouldn't blame all the spaniards for something most of us fight against.

look guys i dont think people should be saying "Yea death to the matador" because after all he is still just a man against a beast and although it may be cruel, mean, moral wrong and so on, we still must have sympathy for the pain of others. So although i do not agree with bullfighting i do not wish death apon any human. If you do it makes you as bad as them.

You are all vegetarians, right?

You know that those bulls live far, far better lives than meat.

They also get a chance at retirement and old age with lots of sex and free space. Meat doesn't get that chance.

Meat experiences so much more cruelty than a fighting bull. Meat just suffers and never gets a chance at life. Bulls live lives of relative luxury and have a shot at retirement.

That's why you don't eat meat: you care so much about the sanctity of life.
