This is a good video to show teenagers, when they first get into bodybuilding magazines, thinking they are going to look like those guys on the cover. The truth is that even if they follow their exact dietary regiment, exercise routine, supplement intake, and yes, even steroid/performance drug consumption, most WILL NOT attain the gargantuan and ripped bodies you see on the cover of Muscle and Fitness, because a large part of muscularity, as this video demonstrates, is determined by genetics.

actually its completely real.....its a double muscle syndrome they have their own breed registry as well please study before you go denying the existence of certain cattle breeds.

There is no genetic modification involved in selective breeding. You only select the best animals (in this case with the biggest muscles) and let them pair. And you repeat the same proces untill you get a stable breed. Same proces is also used on other animals and plants. This however does not mean that these animals are the healthiest because the selection is made on muscle growth. Nature would have chosen the fittest animals so they would survive but there are no longer predators to kill them.
