Bonnie & Damon - "Silent Movie"

Okay, so I've grown to like "The Vampire Diaries" more and more with each passing episode. My favorite character on the show, Bonnie Bennett (played by my recent crush, Katerina Graham), doesn't get enough love in the fandom, IMHO. I think a lot has to do with the fact that she's always bumping head with villainous vampire, Damon Salvatore, and her screen time is next to nothing. But it seems that the screen time she does have are most remembered when they are shared with Damon. Whether you agree or not, you can't look past the fact that the chemistry between these two characters are electric, and the demand for these two forming a relationship together is a much needed one.

Set to Natasha Bedingfield's "Silent Movie" (which I think speaks volumes about the current relationship between Bonnie/Damon), this is how I see the two characters slowly progressing towards a relationship together. I'd really like to see these two characters together and wreck some massive havoc!

Who is Bonnie kissing? And in what episode?

Even though I have just been skimming clips from the show, I will probably start watching soon so that I'm caught up for season 3.

I really like what I've seen of Bonnie's character. She's very strong willed, bad ass and conflicted. Unfortunately she seems underutilized. From what I've heard she will be given what appears to be a love triangle of her own. I rather like her interaction with Damon but I don't know if anything will come of it.

I myself am starting to doubt that anything between Bonnie/Damon will ever come into full effect only because of the love interests the show is throwing at each respective character on the show. From my knowledge, if the show is anything close to the book, then Damon/Bonnie should have some type of romantic bonding in the future but who knows? Though it'd be nice to see a relationship.

@PrometheanFlame I completely agree with everything you said. But, again, I guess we'll just have to wait till we feel some form of connection between Bonnie/Jeremy. And one can only hope that Bonnie will get more screen time in these upcoming episodes because she seems to be a key player (again) in the events to come. I only hope the show dwells on this a bit and not just drop Bonnie's point of view as soon as their done using her. :P

Bonnie's a terrific girl.

If the majority of the fanbase hate her for those reasons, A1terEgo, then they can kiss my flat ass. I don't give a huey what those nimrods say, I'm rooting for TVD's female underdog, Bonnie Bennett. The only female to spray it like it is and still kick ass, will always have my vote.

@PrometheanFlame Scratch that, I have to be honest and admit that I'll always be a Bamon fan and nothing is going to stop me from supporting, hoping and wanting them. They have too much entertainment value and too much UST to be forgotten. Bamonfanforever...till the end.

The warlock's got an expiration date stamped 2011. He'll turn green and sour when the 'Originals' beat it out of town. Bonnie fancies Luka but he's another Ben. In this tri, Jeremy's the contender, Luka's the pretender. Still, I feel cheated. Jeremy is the generic alternative to (pun intended) the originals. I like him well enough but I want Bonnie and Damon. While I encourage Beremy/Bamon fans to support their couple, part of me is quietly withdrawing from TVD.

And the other guy, the warlock, he's probably not going to last longer than the season. And he seems dangerous, if not ignorant of his father's intentions (which the audience really knows nothing of). I don't know, I just felt so bored watching Bonnie with Jeremy. Naturally her character seems to jive with just about anyone on the show. Perhaps Jeremy is a chance for a period of "normalcy". Anyway, didn't really care for the woman Damon was bunking with.

Yea, I don't know how closely the show follows the book series. But there appears to be a romantic connection between the Bonnie and Damon of the books. So, it's possible something could happen later on, as you said. I hope so. So far I don't see the appeal of Jeremy as a love interest. I think he's more drawn to Bonnie than usual out of a desire to protect her because he's become much more involved in the dangers her life entails. I heard he was a druggie or something before this?
