@HAWAIIANBOII96720 before the white man came fijian people where number to about 3 million strong most them looked like Tongans and dark skin Melanesian after all we the same but white mans diseases killed us off and from 3 million only 259 thousand where left then history stated we gave up our old ways and turned to god because of the Tongan people.our king was about to unite fiji with Tonga but we gave our orth to the queen of England.

@lingtami Yeeah that's basicaly what i said right. My Tongan cousin said a Tongan Prince sailed to an island in Fiji and the Fijians & Tongans started to inter-marry. And dude i know the History of my people and the timeline of Polynesia lol. And noo dude Maori left Hawaii over 500-800 years ago. Our King only united the islands in the 1700's. Before that we were just as the Maori: Tribal Warefare. Pretty interesting how the white mans timing was. First Euro contact was right after the islands-

Call i Sole a Micro, You'd get fucked up. Call a Hawaiian a Flip, You'd get fucked up. Austronesian is a LANGUAGE FAMILY. That's about it.

@jusitke07 To be honest, we do not care much about where we came from before we settled in the Pacific, where we have now lived for over a thousand years. Our connection to Asia has diminished and we perceive ourselves as ;Pacific Islanders' - Micronesians, Melanesians and Polynesians.Not Asian.
