Yes you are absolutely right. We did get our butts whipped. But look how times have changed. We're all pissed off and disappointed when RU loses. Just 5 to 6 years ago the outlook on RU football was totally different. GO RU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No not really Have you been to a SEC game how bout a game in Neyland i've been to big ten Games in the big house and the Shoe And The big ten has nothing on the SEC and you really cant count Nebraska. And the most winning Tradition in Bowl Games and and Bowl bidsSEC has 367 Bids 201 wins and157 losses and 9 ties big ten has 223 Bids 103 wins 119 losses and 1 tie yeah Winning Is a Tradition in the SEC

Yeah. We got pounded. We got pounded by a team that we were ill-prepared for, but it was the season opener against a team that was 1 second from a National Championship game. We have come a long way, but we are still up and coming. 5-6 years ago, we would have been on cloud nine with 9-4 season. remember "what's a Rutgers". We have made huge strides. #1 academic proficiency rating. Our student athletes actually get an education. If you are a stud, showcase at Rutgers play all 4 yrs.

You're definitely not from the holy SEC. Rutgers is not a candidate for the SEC, its a candidate being screened for the BigTen, so I'm not sure how the SEC enters the conversation other than just boasting. Heck, I won't even give you the credit of being from an SEC school let alone a graduate because your statement is as dumb as it is ignorant.. Just a wannabee ..talking smack.

That's a great stadium and crowd for a still building football program. Reminds me of South Carolina, they aren't all that good but man the crowds ALWAYS turn up.

Looks every bit like a Big Ten stadium crowd to me with songs..tradition..etc. See no reason why Rutgers should not make the move to the Big Ten. You certainly would have played in a better bowl game than St Petersburg. Have your school make a deal.
