I am actually one of those girls on this video, and the reason why the ladies arent to plastic-American standard, is simply because we are all managers, teachers, and lawyers who do this gig for a laugh, which goes down very well with the riders and teams, who atually want girls who can look ok and hold a conversation, without looking like blow-up dolls. Very rare within the paddock!
