Thank you Michael for being so open and honest about an illness with such stigma attatched to it. I've suffered from depression and anxiety for over 20 years.
People in general need to realize that the brain is like your heart, your lungs, your liver, or your kidneys. It's an ORGAN and it can get SICK.
As of now there is no cure for Mental Illness, but their certainly is help.

Thanks Michael for coming out and being able to talk about your illness depression. I too am a depression suffer and it has been really hard to admit it to first myself and then to others but is becoming easier as each day goes on. it is time we as men take a stand and let people know that it is okay to talk about it and to receive the help we need so we can decrease the number from 80% to 0. And for all the women depression sufferers we need to decrease your numbers from 60% to 0 as well. :)
