Corner Cafe Route 66 Tulsa - Chicken fried Steak, hash-browns, eggs and biscuits and gravy

http://www.tulsafoodblog.com - Luckily, I have such a great dining companion who is willing to put up with my crazy eating habits. On this trip to Corner Cafe, we had breakfast for a late lunch which consisted of Chicken fried Steak, hash-browns, eggs and biscuits and gravy. Need I say more? Oh but I will...This place was everything I had dreamed of, plus a little bit more. The whole time I was enjoying this, I had a great view of downtown and such a friendly server. The Chicken Fried Steak might possibly be some of the best in town, but I will let you decide that one for yourself. Hash-browns and eggs were about what you would expect at a diner. Lastly, the biscuits and gravy were thick and oh so ooey gooey. The only thing that would have made them better would have been big chunks of dirty pan-fried sausage and/or bacon...but hey...adding that to gravy might also lead to potential lawsuits against Corner Cafe.
